* Check the arrangement of the DOB aligns with this format DD/MM/YYYY
* If the date of birth does not match (for example, if the date of birth on your BVN differs from the date of birth on your NIN and the one used during the signing-up stage), please visit the bank where your BVN was registered/enrolled to correct this discrepancy.
* Once update is confirmed, you can try again.
